I am Isaac or the Is half of Isley. This is my first blog entry ever. I will be adding things periodically to this blog. I hope you enjoy the baby ticker we just posted today. I assure you that our baby is much cuter than the baby shown in the ticker. I just know ok. The ticker baby (not as cute as our baby) is just a helpful reminder that our baby is (x) number of days away. Enough about the ticker. Here is a picture of the creator of the blog entitled the Hightouchmegastore, and my mom. I am the one she calls singing son. In this picture she is being awarded a million dollar cash prize (actually only about a thousand dollars) by Mr. Ralph Becker the mayor of Salt Lake City (not actually Ralph Becker, just one of his lackeys) at the Salt Lake City Arts Festival (Really the actual Salt Lake City Arts Festival). We are having a boy in October!! I am 25 weeks tomorrow. This is me at 22 weeks. I've been taking pics every four weeks of my growing belly. If anyone knows how I put the pics I have into a collage to post, let me know.

We celebrated my parents' 40th anniversary last night. We made favorite meals from the 60s, played a trivia game about their first year of marriage, played name that tune with my parents' favorite songs from the 60s and sobbed as each sibling read their personal letter. The best part was the slide show that Lana and Craig made with pics from "then and now". We loved seeing my parents in the early years of their marriage and were astounded by their movie star/magazine looks. I love you so much Mom and Dad! Thanks for being the best parents and the best examples.

I heard on the radio that the Sierra Club recognized the LDS Church in their "Faith in Action" report for the City Creek Center project. I was excited to hear that the church is taking steps to make the project eco-friendly. After all, we believe we are stewards of the earth so we should be doing all we can to take care of it, right?
